Every pattern is an instant-download digital PDF, delivered the moment payment is confirmed — because of that, we don't offer refunds. If a download link isn't working, a file looks corrupted, or you received the wrong pattern, contact us and we'll sort it out right away; that's a technical issue on our end, not a change of mind, and we'll always fix it.

Using the patterns

Patterns are for personal use. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the PDF itself. You're welcome to sell finished items you make from a pattern — a credit back to YarnPunzel is always appreciated, though never required.
